Hello my lovely people! I am so excited to start our next session of Seasonal Alchemy On-line!
What is Seasonal Alchemy?
It’s all about SELF CARE through the season of SPRING! Spring is focused on gentle cleansing after a winter of heavier foods; an opportunity to step into the growth of renewed energy and new projects. It’s a season of beauty (which always means focusing on the liver) on hair, skin, nails and eyes! and on purposeful selfcare practices for shedding the old and inviting the new physically and emotionally.
All course material, videos, lessons and recipes are pre-recorded and will appear in your inbox every 2 weeks; followed by a zoom call to answer any questions, connect with each other and review that weeks lesson. If you miss a live call don’t worry, we record them.
We discuss strategies, habits, foods and practices that are specific to the season of Spring! We will focus on making Elixirs; nourishing, healing drinks that are crafted for a purpose and then teach you to design them just for you.

THIS IS REALLY ALL ABOUT TAKING CARE OF YOU! GIVING YOURSELF SOME PRIORITY TIME AND LEARNING SOME OF THE BEST WAYS TO HELP SUPPORT THE GENTLE CLEANSING SEASON OF SPRING!
Classes will be available on-line April 1st
Zoom class will be on Tuesday’s:
Class #1 – April 8th 8-9pm – Into to Spring – We talk about the organ systems associated with spring, important things to be focusing on energetically and physically. Ways to support emotional heath related to Spring.
Class #2 – April 22nd 8-9pm -Foods for spring, including best supportive foods/herbs/meal recipes and easy herbal remedies that support liver ex. traditional rootbeer, sprouting ect.
Class #3 – May 6th 8-9pm – Cleansing, How, when and why; opening and supporting elimination pathways for effective cleansing.
Class #4 – May 13th 8-9pm – Juicing and other cleansing practices ex. Gua sha class, drybrush ect.
Class #5- May 27th 8-9pm – Preserving your garden and wild foraged herbs with simple tinctures, syrups, oxymels ect.
Class #6- June 10th 8-9pm – Beauty practices/foods for glowing clear skin, shiny hair ect.
We will be doing a group cleanse together but you will be choosing the level depending on your personal goals and ability. We address everything from level1, which is just focusing on spring foods that help support liver and gently detoxify all the way to level 4 – finishing off our juice cleanse with a 3 day water fast. Your experience and current health will dictate what is best for you! We will discuss in detail!
This course is designed to be very do-able for busy people and will require about 1.5-2hrs of watching content per week. (Plus however much you want to spend making all the recipes!)
