Have you tried Human Garage's fascial manouvers yet?  If not, you should!
If you would like to we are having Brittany with "Get fit Brit" come and guide us through an in person Class at the park.  Fascial manouver had been a game changer for reducing pain for me.

We will meet in the park south of the ARENA.   If you drive in behind the Servus Arena, you'll come to the very furthest parking lot you can drive to. (They just demo'd the old arena there)   You will see a city exercise park.  We'll be right beside it!
